  • Provide quality caregiving care to patients at home
  • Coordinate and administer patient care activities
  • Facilitate in patients' activities of daily living
  • Help in transferring patients with limited mobility, ie bed to wheelchair with proper technique to prevent injuries
  • Maintain patients’ good hygiene –bathing, toileting, changing soiled linens
  • Simple meal preparation and feeding
  • Provide companionship to patients
  • Performs simple exercise/message to patients to prevent muscle atrophy
  • 2-4 hourly turning of bedridden patient to prevent bed sore
  • Perform physical assessments, i.e., vital signs, assessment of pain and skin breakdown
  • Administer schedule and PRN medication
  • Administer treatments such as dressing changes
  • Complete daily report and submit to nurse manager weekly or fortnightly
  • Update the pass over log for oncoming shift (weekly replacement day) to ensure that pertinent information is passed.
  • Update family member about patient’s condition

  • Conditions for 24-hour stay-in 12 hours active duty and 12 hours on standby with decent sleep of 6-8 hours a day. Weekly off from Saturday to Sunday (24 hours) may vary depending on the patient’s condition. 3 meals have to be provided.

24/7 Monthly package -
RM 6,000

  • Condition for 24-hour stay-in 12 hours active duty and 12 hours on standby with decent sleep of 6-8 hours a day. Weekly off for 24 hours and day may vary depending on the availability of the replacement caregiver. 3 meals have to be provided
